For our Client, international engineering company we are looking for BIM Modeler. 

Location: Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

• Creation and verification of BIM models and documentation at an adequate level of geometric and informational detail in Revit MEP,
• Creation and parameterization of Revit MEP families based on 2D and 3D documentation,
• Creation and maintenance of Revit family library,
• Cooperation with other discipline designers,
• Supporting the development of BIM models at all stages
• Supporting other employees with model creation in Revit MEP

Requirements:

• Knowledge of REVIT at advance level or at least intermediate level
• Good knowledge of Navisworks and Autocad,
• Ability to create and organize Revit families and libraries
• Ability to define and use shared formulas and parameters
• At least 2 years of experience in designing,
• Higher technical education (field of study: environmental engineering / sanitary systems or related),
• Good command of written and spoken English (at least B2 level),
• Experience in 3D modeling in software other than Revit (3D Studio, Autocad, Inventor, etc.) would be an additional advantage,
