Our client, a major global supplier of heat pumps and industrial refrigeration systems.

Position: Division Director HRT 
Location: Kiev 

Key responsibilities:

• Execute on HRT strategy – offering solutions suiting at best customer needs
• Implementation local sales strategy.
• Monitoring sales opportunities (acquisition of new customers).
• Participation in the acquisition (negotiation, finalization) of key contracts.
• Managing customer relations and indirect sales (including customer training).
• Sustain and grow market shares in addressable HRT market segments
• Secure local EBIDTA target and maximize CoD (Country of Destination) business volume – OI and Sales
• Proactively promote and populate GEA value and technology
• Identify, proactively suggest and execute on ideas and actions to maximize value, improve brand image and financial results of HRT business in Ukraine.
• Suggest and conduct needed organizational changes to ensure customer focus and agile operations.
• Encourage speak up culture in the team to fully levarage all team members potential and cultivate open, creative working environment.
• Proactive and systematic management of existing and potential customers base.
• Clear and regular communication with HRT team on company performance, targets achievments status, crisis
• Coordinating presence at local industry trade shows.

Requirements:

• Higher education preferably in engineering.
• PhD, MBA oraz similar degree would be a plus.
• Taken courses or trainings in finance and authentic team leadership would be a plus.
• Industrial heating and refrigeration industry knowledge.
• Solid communication skills.
• Change management.
• English language (B2 or better).
• Executive presence, ability to effectively communicate with C-level senior management and business owners.
• Personal resilience and stress resilience.
• Ability to effectively work and collaborate within team.
• Readiness to travel on business.
