A leading international brand in the home appliances and HVAC sector is currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive growth and lead commercial activities for its HVAC division, including Residential Air Conditioning (RAC), Light Commercial AC (LCAC) and Heat Pumps (HP). 

HEAD OF SALES 

Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute the national sales strategy for the full HVAC portfolio (RAC, LCAC, HP)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior and distribution channels
  • Develop and manage customer business plans (volume, revenue, margin targets)
  • Coordinate and develop a 3-person sales team
  • Manage pricing and product lifecycle in collaboration with category and product teams
  • Oversee and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI
  • Monitor SKU performance, sell-in / sell-out and distribution KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Operations, After Sales, Finance, Product Management
  • Report and optimize sales, margin, and market share performance 

Candidate Profile: 

  • Experience: at least 5 years in sales (HVAC or related sectors)
  • Leadership: previous managerial experience is a strong plus
  • Education: university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) 
  • Languages: fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory 
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus 
  • Mindset: commercially driven, strategic, “can-do” attitude, strong relationship builder
