We are looking for a National Sales Manager for our client, an international leader in the development, production, and sale of energy-efficient solutions for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Core business: damper actuators, control valves, sensors and meters.
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the company’s sales strategy and policies.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans.
- Managing and overseeing nationwide sales operations.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the HVACR market, trends, and key players.
- Driving initiatives to enhance sales performance and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Leading negotiations and securing commercial agreements with key customers, including OEMs (50% of working time dedicated to direct client interactions).
- Managing the sales team through the CRM system, setting targets, and motivating employees.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors’ strategies.
- Collaborating with senior management and providing regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in HVACR, preferably complemented by studies in economics or management.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVACR industry.
- Expertise in sales techniques and business development.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, independent work style.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans successfully.
