We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our client’s team. This role will involve actively managing client relationships and sales across various industries, including energy, food processing, chemicals, industrial refrigeration, transport, HVAC, and data centers.

region: mazowieckie, łódzkie, lubelskie, podlaskie, warmińsko – mazurskie, pomorskie.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive sales of client’s products and services within your assigned region, achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • Implement sales strategies and contribute to business development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing ones.
  • Monitor the market and investments, identifying sales opportunities and analyzing competitors and trends.
  • Promote Kelvion products, conduct negotiations, and close deals with the support of the technical team.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Perform frequent customer visits (minimum 60% of your time).

Our requirements

  • A degree in engineering (preferred fields: mechanics, environmental engineering, energy, electromechanics).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B technical sales.
  • Knowledge of heat exchange processes; familiarity with heat exchanger construction and types is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to align client operational and business goals with our solutions.
  • Experience in building long-term client relationships and delivering product presentations.
  • A valid driver’s license (category B) and willingness to travel frequently.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
