Our client is an international manufacturing company.  Due to the expansion of the production plant, we are looking for a Construction Manager / Supervision Inspector who will join the investor’s structures.

Position: Site Manager/ Construction Manager
Location: woj. świętokrzyskie, approx. 35 km from Kielce

Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates Site Team activities efficiently so as to reach above described objectives.
• Maintains relations with the Contractor so that interactions between Owner’s Site Team and Contractor’s site teams function smoothly .
• Coordinates and stays informed regarding contractor’s site activities
• Keeps himself informed on all safety aspects including Group Safety policies and cleanliness on site (housekeeping)
• Anticipates problems and actions of the contractor
• Resolves conflicts
• Heads internal Site Team meetings
• Leads meetings with the contractors site team (construction and safety)

Qualifications:

• Higher education (technical) – engineer
• Building qualifications to manage construction works
• Experience in the field of industrial construction
• Fixed assets qualification and adequate cost allocation
• Some knowledge regarding technical aspects of the lime industry Firm
• English – communicative level
• Coordination – and management skills
• Good organizer and experienced as site manager
• Some knowledge regarding EXCEL , WORD , etc
• Strong ability to work within a team
• Good communication skills
