Our client is an international engineering and consulting company. The organization delivers complex projects across the entire asset lifecycle – from feasibility studies and strategic advisory, through design and engineering, to investment execution support. As part of the expansion of the Business Consultancy team, we are currently seeking a Lead Consultant Energy.
Salary: PLN 15,000–20,000 gross per month, depending on experience (to be discussed individually)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver key consulting energy and energy related assignments, including technical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and early-stage concept development.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advise clients regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead internal project teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across the company.
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
- Develop energy related consultancy team across CEE
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
- Experience in the CEE region is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
- Fluent English (C1 or upper B2).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.
