Our client is an international engineering and consulting company. The organization delivers complex projects across the entire asset lifecycle – from feasibility studies and strategic advisory, through design and engineering, to investment execution support. As part of the expansion of the Business Consultancy team, we are currently seeking a Sustainability Consultant.
Salary: PLN 20,000–25,000 gross per month, depending on experience (to be discussed individually)
Responsibilities:
- Developing the suitable department across CEE, supporting the team members
- Leading and managing sustainability projects including environmental assessments of buildings, circular economy, ESG reporting, social & climate change, decarbonisation, emission reduction, analyzes related to the use of alternative energy sources, energy efficiency,
- Preparing proposals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines and best practices and ensure that these are incorporated into project work
- Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Sustainability / Energy Consultant or in a similar position
- University degree with a focus on Sustainability / Energy Efficiency or related discipline
- Knowledge about MEP installations and differences in their efficiencies
- Ability to manage multiple & cross country teams and clients
- Strong analytical skills & attention to details
- Problem solver & “can-do” attitude
- Great interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
